Gas-liquid linkage actuator
It is a kind of self-operated actuator, which can drive the valve action by using the pressure of the medium in the pipeline to open or close the valve. The gas-liquid linkage actuator has simple working principle, safe and reliable control, and strong environmental adaptability, which can meet the harsh all-weather weather conditions outdoors.
This product directly utilizes pipeline natural gas as a power source. The pneumatic hydraulic system is designed according to high pressure, through filtering and processing the air source without decompression, directly into the air storage tank and the high pressure pneumatic control valve group. Under the action of the control signal, the high-pressure controlled gas enters the corresponding gas/liquid circuit, and the liquid medium uses the principle of equal pressure transmission to realize the gas-liquid synchronous transmission acting on the hydraulic cylinder of the valve drive device, thereby controlling the valve.

system, when the pressure drop rate reach the preset value, the tube rupture system send a signal to let the actuation
mechanism closing the valve. Combined usage of electric powered hydraulic pump and energy accumulator could
lower the requirements for power source of the hydraulic actuation mechanism.
