Chengdu Maikosen Fluid Control Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in September 2011. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, design, manufacturing, sales and related technical services of pipeline valve actuators represented by gas-liquid linkage actuators. Enterprises, and Sichuan Province "specialized and special new" small and medium-sized enterprises, the main products include gas-liquid linkage, electro-hydraulic linkage, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators. The company is located in Chengdu Shuangliu Southwest Airport Free Trade Zone and Meishan Dongpo District, with a production plant and office area of 5500 square meters. It is the standard drafting unit of the executive agency and the member unit of the Standard Committee, and the demonstration unit of the National Torch Plan project. In 2020, it was awarded the second prize of "China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award" for technological invention.
At present, there are three products that have passed the appraisal of the China Federation of Machinery: 600000 Nm gas-liquid actuator, 600000 Nm electro-hydraulic actuator, and hydraulic actuator for tank root valve.
As early as 2007, we started the research and development and manufacture of gas-liquid linkage actuators. In 2012, we invented the current advanced DG series parallel/double-guide fork type gas-liquid linkage actuators. The main transmission structure adopts double-guide and stability-increasing design, which is an upgraded product of ordinary fork-type actuator.
In April 2021, the product appraisal meeting of "hydraulic actuator for tank root valve, 600kN • m electro-hydraulic actuator and 600kN · m gas-liquid actuator" developed by Chengdu makesen fluid control equipment co., ltd. was held in Chengdu, and finally a unanimous appraisal opinion was reached: "hydraulic actuator for tank root valve and 600kN.m electro-hydraulic actuator" independently developed by Chengdu makesen fluid control equipment co., ltd, it has filled the domestic gap and reached the international advanced level.
The shift fork transmission box innovatively developed by DG series adopts the parallel and double-guide transmission structure design with international invention patent (patent name: a shift fork transmission box with double guide shaft 'patent type: PCT, patent number: CN2013/081729). This innovative design is to fix the movement trajectory of the transmission slider, eliminate the movement deformation of the piston shaft, minimize the generation of heat and vibration, and avoid transmission loss and lateral force. In theory, 100% of the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder (cylinder or spring cylinder) can be transmitted without loss. Transmission efficiency and motion stability are greatly improved.
The company has obtained: GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, GB/T 24001-2016/ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certificate, GB/T 45001-2020/ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, GB/T29490-2013 Intellectual Property Management System Certificate, and GB/T 27922-2011 Commodity After-sales Service Certification. The company's products are gas-liquid linkage, electro-hydraulic linkage, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators have all obtained TUV safety level SIL3 certification. Electrical explosion-proof in line with the national explosion-proof electrical products 3C certification, and achieved electrical explosion-proof certification.
Maicosen DG series dual-guide actuators include 4 types, 6 grades, 24 specifications and more than 200 varieties, including gas-liquid linkage, electro-hydraulic linkage, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Output torque 20Nm ∽ 600KNm, gas source pressure 0.5MPa ∽ 16MPa. The products provided by Michael Sen have been widely used in the national pipeline network, PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, Southwest Pipeline, Western Pipeline, Southwest Oil and Gas Field, West-East Gas Transmission, Sichuan-East Gas Transmission, Kunlun Gas, China Gas, Huayou Natural Gas, Xinao Gas, Hong Kong-China Gas, China Resources Gas and many local pipeline companies involved in oil, natural gas projects and long-distance pipeline projects.
