Chengdu MKSVC Fluid Control Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in September 2011. As a national high‑tech enterprise integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, sales, and related technical services for pipeline valve actuators—particularly pneumatic–hydraulic actuators—the company is also recognized as a “Specialized, Refined, Differentiated, and Innovative” small and medium-sized enterprise in Sichuan Province. Its main product lines include pneumatic–hydraulic, electro‑hydraulic, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators. The company’s facilities are located in the Southwest Air Cargo Free Trade Zone of Shuangliu District, Chengdu, and in Dongpo District, Meishan, with a total production and office space of 5,500 square meters. It serves as a drafting unit for actuator standards and a member of the Standards Committee, as well as a demonstration unit under the National Torch Program. In 2020, the company was awarded the Second Prize in the Technical Invention category of the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award. To date, three products have been certified by the China Machinery Industry Federation: a 600,000 Nm pneumatic–hydraulic actuator, a 600,000 Nm electro‑hydraulic actuator, and a hydraulic actuator for tank root valves.
As early as before 2007, we began research and development as well as manufacturing of pneumatic–hydraulic actuators. In 2012, we invented the advanced DG series of parallel/dual‑guide fork‑type pneumatic–hydraulic actuators. The main transmission structure adopts a dual‑guide stabilization design, making it an upgraded version of conventional fork‑type actuators.
In April 2021, a product appraisal meeting was held in Chengdu, hosted by Chengdu Microson Fluid Control Equipment Co., Ltd., for the “Hydraulic Actuator for Tank Root Valves, as well as the 600 kN·m Electro-Hydraulic Actuator and the 600 kN·m Pneumo-Hydraulic Actuator” developed by the company. The meeting ultimately reached a unanimous conclusion: the “Hydraulic Actuator for Tank Root Valves and the 600 kN·m Electro-Hydraulic Actuator,” independently developed by Chengdu Microson Fluid Control Equipment Co., Ltd., have filled a domestic gap and attained an internationally advanced level.
The DG series, an innovatively developed fork‑type transmission housing, employs a parallel, dual‑guidance transmission structure designed with an international invention patent (Patent Name: A Fork‑Type Transmission Housing with Dual Guiding Shafts; Patent Type: PCT; Patent Number: CN2013/081729). This innovative design precisely defines the motion trajectory of the transmission slider, eliminating motion deformation in the piston shaft, minimizing heat and vibration generation, and preventing transmission losses and lateral forces. In theory, it can achieve 100% lossless transmission of the cylinder’s (whether hydraulic, pneumatic, or spring‑powered) thrust. As a result, transmission efficiency is greatly enhanced, and operational smoothness is significantly improved.
The company has obtained: the GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, the GB/T 24001-2016/ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certificate, the GB/T 45001-2020/ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate, the GB/T 29490-2013 Intellectual Property Management System Certificate, and the GB/T 27922-2011 After-Sales Service Certification for Products. All of the company’s products—pneumatic‑hydraulic actuators, electro‑hydraulic actuators, pneumatic actuators, and hydraulic actuators—have been certified by TÜV for a full‑machine safety level of SIL3. The electrical explosion‑proof systems comply with the national 3C certification for explosion‑proof electrical products and have also obtained the Electrical Explosion‑Proof Compliance Certificate.
The DG series of double‑guide fork actuators from Michaelson Company includes 4 types and 6 grades, totaling 24 specifications and over 200 different models. The output torque ranges from 20 Nm to 600 kNm, while the air supply pressure spans 0.5 MPa to 16 MPa. Michaelson’s products are widely used in petroleum and natural gas projects, as well as long‑distance pipeline projects, across China Petrochemical Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation, Southwest Pipeline, Western Pipeline, Southwest Oil & Gas Fields, West–East Gas Pipeline, Sichuan–East Gas Pipeline, Kunlun Gas, Huayou Natural Gas, ENN Gas, Towngas, China Resources Gas, and numerous local pipeline companies. Currently, the product lineup covers the entire range of valves.
