Detailed Introduction

Electro-hydraulic actuators generally consist of four main components: the actuator, the control system, the hydraulic power unit, and the control operating cabinet (control box).

Hydraulic system pressure: low pressure up to 10.5 MPa, medium pressure up to 21.0 MPa, high pressure up to 35.2 MPa.

   Typical Applications

On-site and remote control, as well as emergency shut-off actuators for pipe rupture.

It is used in conjunction with electronic pipe rupture detection systems. This system is designed for long-distance oil and gas pipelines in scenarios where power is available but unreliable. When the hydraulic control system is integrated with the pipeline rupture detection system, the rupture detection system sends a signal to the actuator to close the valve once the pressure drop rate reaches the preset value. The combination of an electric hydraulic pump and an accumulator helps reduce the power requirements of the hydraulic actuator.

  1. Local and Remote Control, Electrical Accident Safety

Under normal operating conditions, the actuator relies on the grid’s normal power supply to operate.

In the event of a sudden power outage, valves can be automatically closed or opened according to process requirements, ensuring pipeline safety and preventing accidents from escalating.

  2. Local and Remote Control, Servo Regulation

Suitable for industrial applications that require linear flow control accuracy and strict opening degree control.

The配套 hydraulic servo system enables high‑precision, fast‑response valve control, meeting stringent process control requirements.

  3. Slow-Closing Dual-Speed Control

Specifically designed for control applications in water and oil pipeline systems.

Its core function is to prevent water hammer by optimizing valve opening and closing speeds, thereby protecting pipeline equipment from impact damage and ensuring the safety of the delivery system.

  4. Local and Remote Control, Proportional Regulation

Suitable for industrial process applications that require high precision in flow regulation.

By integrating a matching hydraulic proportional system, precise proportional control of valve opening is achieved, meeting stringent flow regulation requirements.

  5. Solar-Powered Hydraulic System

Specifically designed for remote or outdoor environments without power or gas supply, such as long-distance oil and gas pipelines.

By utilizing solar energy as a power source, we have eliminated the reliance of traditional actuators on external energy, achieved self-sufficiency in energy, and ensured continuous operation in unattended scenarios.
