Hydraulic Actuator

Hydraulic Actuator

DGHA Angular Stroke Series Angular Hydraulic Actuators

◆ The maximum hydraulic source pressure at the customer’s site is 35 MPa. The hydraulic actuator is equipped with a built‑in control panel and associated control accessories.
◆ The patent‑design DG series parallel, dual‑guide fork actuator gearbox can provide high opening torque for quarter‑turn valves.
◆ Combined structure bearings can provide reliable, smooth operation and extend the service life of actuators.
◆ The high-pressure power of hydraulic systems enables hydraulic actuators to have a lower weight compared to other actuators such as pneumatic and electric actuators.
◆ The fuel tank, hydraulic pump, accumulator, and other components are integrally configured according to user requirements to form a stable and reliable hydraulic power source that can meet both standard needs and the demands of locations with lower power supply reliability.
◆ The combination of pressure, flow, and directional control valves, along with a wide range of electrical control components, forms various hydraulic control systems capable of meeting users’ diverse functional requirements as well as their needs for protection and explosion prevention.
◆ The incompressibility of hydraulic fluid, coupled with the system’s zero leakage and high-pressure retention capabilities, enables hydraulic actuators to achieve exceptionally precise positioning characteristics.
◆ Can realize emergency self‑protection functions such as valve opening and closing in the event of power failure.
◆ Enables rapid valve closure and rapid valve opening.
◆ In high‑temperature, flammable environments, flame‑retardant hydraulic fluids can be used as the working medium (such as water‑ethylene glycol emulsions, etc.).
◆ Offers both asymmetric and symmetric fork designs to suit valves with different characteristics.
◆ The external travel limit bolts are precisely adjustable within a full range of 90° ± 5°.

DGHA(L) Series Dual-Acting Straight-Stroke Hydraulic Actuator

◆ The DGHA (L) series self‑powered linear hydraulic actuators deliver an output torque of up to 513,450 Nm.
Self‑operated actuator functions
◆ No external power source is required; manual hydraulic operation is used: valves are opened or closed manually to achieve control.
◆ In the early stages of a fire, remote control is achieved by introducing control signals to actuate the valve to a safe position.
◆ During abnormal conditions such as fires, when the system loses pressure due to fusible plugs or power failure, the system automatically actuates the valves to a safe position.
◆ The main structure is simple; valve switching requires no external power, and operation and control are minimally dependent on external sources, offering a high degree of independence.
◆ Adopts an integrated, modular design with a compact structure, rapid response time, and adjustable actuation speed.
◆ Reduced control components and piping, a wide temperature range, and easy implementation of protective and explosion‑proof measures.
◆ The control module is equipped with independent protection, enhancing the system’s resistance to high temperatures and further delaying the adverse effects of fire on the system.
◆ The actuator as a whole, as well as the control system, have both passed the fire‑resistance test.
