The DGHA (L) series self‑powered linear hydraulic actuators deliver an output torque of up to 513,450 Nm.
Self‑operated actuator functions
No external power source is required; it relies on manual hydraulic operation: valves are opened or closed manually to achieve control.
In the early stages of a fire, remote control is achieved by introducing control signals to actuate the valve to a safe position.
During abnormal conditions such as fires, when the system loses pressure due to fusible plugs or power failure, the system automatically actuates the valves to a safe position.
The main structure is simple, valve switching requires no external power, operation and control are minimally dependent on external systems, and the system boasts strong independence.
Adopts an integrated, modular design with a compact structure, rapid response time, and adjustable actuation speed.
Control components and piping are reduced, the temperature range is wide, and it is easy to implement protective and explosion‑proof measures.
The control module is equipped with independent protection to enhance the system’s resistance to high temperatures and further delay the adverse effects of fire on the system.
The actuator as a whole, as well as the control system, have both passed the fire‑resistance test.
