Detailed Introduction
The HPU 2010 electronic monitoring system is designed using specialized manufacturing processes and adheres to the explosion-proof rating Exd IIC and the protection rating IP68, featuring a high‑strength electrical enclosure. The viewing window is made of impact‑resistant, high‑strength, pressure‑resistant, explosion‑proof glass, and the control box housing as a whole can withstand pressures exceeding 220 psi. It is capable of operating reliably in harsh outdoor environments under all weather conditions, as well as in extreme temperatures, vibration, and the presence of flammable and explosive gases, ensuring that the electronic control units we provide are safe and dependable in every respect.
We have redesigned the installation method and spatial layout of the control unit parameter setting buttons to enhance the overall safety and outdoor protection rating of the control box. By adopting non‑recessed, impact‑resistant Hall effect buttons, we have not only significantly extended the mechanical lifespan of the buttons but also effectively prevented accidental misoperations while improving the accuracy of parameter settings.
Features
Uses a low-power motherboard and battery power;
Multiple power supply options are available, supporting both external power and solar power;
All function menus and parameters are displayed with both Chinese and English subtitles for easy reading and management.
Adopts a color OLED low-temperature display: Supports low‑temperature operation down to -40°C and offers all‑weather, multi‑angle viewing.
When diagnostic parameters are abnormal, the screen automatically displays a red alarm for clear and visible notification.
Support for curve/graphic display: Automatically analyzes and generates pressure curves, and performs trend analysis on event data.
Automatically records the maximum and minimum high and low pressures, as well as the rate of pressure drop, providing a basis for parameter setting.
Overpressure drop rate alarm: Provides real-time monitoring for remote central control to monitor pressure drop rates and for valve rooms to ensure timely control.
USB data interface that supports hot swapping; RS422/485 data communication port, enabling computer-based communication both locally and remotely.
It employs an Exd IIC T6 high‑stability pressure sensor, achieving a pressure measurement and control accuracy of 0.1%.
The control buttons feature a non‑embedded, waterproof, explosion‑proof, and touch‑resistant design, ensuring safety, reliability, and a long service life.
Surge protection design and electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection design for electrical systems;
Anti‑grounding current leakage design: The control unit’s grounding circuit is independent and electrically isolated from the actuators.
The electrical control box enclosure features an all-weather, outdoor, explosion‑proof design; the control unit and battery are housed in separate, explosion‑proof enclosures.
