Double happiness! Chengdu Maikesen Company’s two products—“Hydraulic Actuators for Tank Root Valves” and “600 kN·m Electro-Hydraulic Actuators”—have both passed product certification.

On April 8, 2021, the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China General Machinery Industry Association jointly hosted a product appraisal meeting in Chengdu for the “Hydraulic Actuator for Tank Root Valves and 600 kN·m Electro-Hydraulic Actuator,” developed by Chengdu Microson Fluid Control Equipment Co., Ltd. Sui Yongbin, former Chief Engineer of the China Machinery Industry Federation, and Huang Li, President of the China General Machinery Industry Association, attended the meeting in person and chaired the appraisal session. The expert committee responsible for this appraisal was composed of nine experts from institutions including the China Valve Association, the China Petroleum Society, the Hefei General Machinery Research Institute, the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Branch of the National Pipeline Network, the Western Pipeline Company of the National Pipeline Network, the Northern Pipeline Company of the National Pipeline Network, the Southwest Pipeline Company of the National Pipeline Network, China Oil & Gas Pipeline Engineering Corporation, and Lanzhou University of Technology. The members of the expert committee conducted on-site inspections of Chengdu Microson’s production and testing facilities, witnessed demonstrations of the prototype products—namely the “Hydraulic Actuator for Tank Root Valves” and the “600 kN·m Electro-Hydraulic Actuator”—as well as functional tests. They also listened to a summary report on the development work. After a comprehensive review and rigorous questioning, the expert committee reached a unanimous conclusion: the “Hydraulic Actuator for Tank Root Valves and 600 kN·m Electro-Hydraulic Actuator” developed independently by Chengdu Microson Fluid Control Equipment Co., Ltd. fills a domestic gap, achieves an internationally advanced level, and is suitable for widespread application.
Chengdu Microsen was founded in 2011, and this year marks the company’s 10th anniversary. Since successfully passing the product certification for our independently developed 600 kN·m pneumatic–hydraulic actuator in 2019, we have intensified our R&D efforts and continued to refine our product lineup. On the eve of Microsen’s next decade, we are preparing a new product showcase featuring a series of actuators: 600,000 N·m pneumatic–hydraulic actuators, 600,000 N·m electro-hydraulic actuators, and 600,000 N·m pneumatic actuators. Both of our core products—the hydraulic actuator for tank‑root valves and the 600 kN·m electro-hydraulic actuator—have now been completed and passed certification, paving the way for Microsen to launch a full-scale offensive into the high‑end actuator market.
