Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued a notice on the allocation of 2015 National Spark Program and Torch Program projects. Among the list of 2015 National Torch Program projects that was released, Sichuan had a total of eight projects approved as industrialization demonstration projects, including the “Research and Development and Industrialization of Intelligent Electronic Monitoring Gas–Liquid Linked Actuators,” which is being undertaken by Chengdu Microson Fluid Control Equipment Co., Ltd.
The DG series parallel dual-guide fork-type actuator is a brand-new product launched by Microson, the result of years of dedicated research and development, innovative design, and strategic investment. It boasts multiple core, independently owned intellectual property rights. To date, it has secured 3 national invention patents, 5 design patents, numerous utility model patents, and 1 PCT international patent.
The DG series parallel dual‑guide fork box, innovatively developed and originally designed by Chengdu Microsen Company, features a uniquely international parallel, dual‑guide design. In theory, it can achieve 100% lossless transmission of the output thrust from a hydraulic (or pneumatic or spring) cylinder. Both transmission efficiency and motion smoothness are significantly enhanced.
