In October 2017, the DGOA pneumatic‑hydraulic actuator manufactured by Chengdu Microson Fluid Control Equipment Co., Ltd. was successfully installed on a 48” 600 lb top-mounted ball valve and smoothly passed all functional and performance tests conducted by a professional third‑party testing agency, meeting all of the customer’s specified requirements.
Valve testing parameters:
The valve can be opened under no-load conditions with a minimum driving air source pressure of 1.5 MPa.
The valve’s full pressure differential is 11.4 MPa, and the minimum driving air source required for opening is 7.0 MPa.
